Care to go “Wind Walking”?

"Wind Walking" @ eva wojcik

Sakura, Staedtler, Faber-Castell, “other” pen/ink  on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper.

Original 15″ x 20″

Wind Walker

Walking across waves of orange-red sands

Wind flowing through open hands

Dust on my face

Pacing to the place where

                                        time

                                        space

                                        identity

                                                          inter-relate

Where all is born from the energy of the sun.

I like it – both picture and words. I have always loved walking in the wind on beaches and the way it changes thought and outlooks.

  2. Your words and images go so well together, the flowing synergy of wind, water and sunshine…

Beautiful poem and extraordinary energy-scape Eva. Another one that I could get lost in and love every minute of that time.

  4. bigsurkate says:

One of my longest poems (22 pages or so) was Wind Dancer, which talked with Walking the Wind with Dancers. I’ve lost the poem, maybe for a reason …

I’ve lost your other site, Eva, but I’m looking!
